Does PieceRates take a cut of my pay?
No. Never. You're paid through a PEO for the work you complete, and 100% of it is yours. PieceRates only charges small bid credits (Nails) and optional visibility upgrades.
What does it cost to bid?
You bid with prepaid credits (Nails). You'll see the exact cost on the job page before you bid. You can earn free Nails by completing your profile, referrals and reviews, and bids on jobs you're invited to are free.
How do I get paid?
Through the PEO on the job: the employer of record runs compliant payroll. Money flows GC → PEO → Crew; PieceRates never holds your money.
Is joining really free?
